I am a contemporary abstract artist based in Gurugram, India. My practice explores color, form, emotion and human experience through abstract and semi-figurative compositions.

Working with bold colors, geometric and organic shapes, expressive lines, fragmented forms and simplified figures, I am developing a visual language that moves between abstraction and representation. My paintings range from expressive and geometric compositions to fragmented portraits and symbolic figurative works, often allowing recognizable forms to emerge, dissolve and transform within the painted surface.

My artistic journey is also shaped by the way I experience the visual world. Living with high myopia in both eyes and wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD) in my left eye has influenced my individual perception of color, shape, space and form. Rather than separating this experience from my practice, I allow perception itself—with its variations, ambiguities and shifting relationships—to become part of my creative exploration.

Experimentation remains central to my work. Through canvas, paint, brushwork, line, shape and color, I continually explore new ways of constructing and disrupting images while developing a visual identity that is recognizably my own.

For me, painting is a process of questioning, observing and expressing what cannot always be communicated through words.
